Great location by the festival resort and also beach/town
Up a steep hill, didn’t bother us but may affect others.

It’s perfect for being close enough to the festival but far enough that allows a good rest. It has a private toilet and a share kitchen with everything you need to cook some meals for keeping it going. The host was really friendly and helpful.
No dislikes. All was perfect for our holidays.

Close to the garden resort (10 mins walk; went for Balance), cheap (there are bigger rooms that cost more) and the host was excellent. You get what you pay for. I booked the cheaper room which had the basics (no AC), smaller (both room and bathroom) and with a shared kitchen.
Everything was per the price. It’s an uphill climb but that’s not a negative. Just stating here. Cabs do go right up to the accommodation.

Great location if you going to party at The Garden. Nice views. Very helpful tenant. We managed to communicate in Italian only
Friendly tenant, helpful but does not speak any English. On our 9 day stay we were given 1 small towel, had to ask for an extra towel. No A/c. We had 1 small fan to share between 2 and we asked for an extra fan. Temperatures were very hot 🔥 🥵 Apartment was never cleaned during our stay.
To get to the apartment after the party its an uphill struggle and some taxis would not go up the very steep hill
