Casa Wilson

Casa Wilson is an absolute gem, located at a stunning hilltop overviewing the beautiful Zapallar bay. You will end your stay not wanting to ever leave. Not only is the location perfect, but the owner and his staff were incredible. I can’t wait to go back. It is one my new favorite places on Earth.

Having to leave :(. There is absolutely nothing that I didn’t like, it was a perfect stay.

Amazing old house in a perfect location on the very beautiful coast of Zapallar. Couple of great restaurants close by and lovely walking. Able to see Humboldt penguins in the next coastal town, a 10 minute drive from the property. We booked last minute but were able to get a a nice twin room with a balcony and beautiful sea view. Room was dated but clean with ensuite bathroom and comfortable beds. Owner is really lovely, he’s so helpful and did a great breakfast - eaten sat around large table with other guests which was really nice. Plenty of parking on site.

The location and view is excellent.

Although the cabin could be called quaint, the experience suffered from many evitable mishaps. Check-in was late because previous guests overstayed. The second day we did not have hot water until 4pm. The wooden chairs and tables felt as if they would collapse. The window shade on the bathroom fell off the last day. Several AC outlets did not work. All in all, some really minor home improvements would go a long way. It appears the owners simply have not maintained it for years.
