Clean and comfortable with all the amenities required. Air con worked particularly well.

We were two people in a room for 6 so very spacious. Also clean and great ocean view.
Some details disappointed us and can be improved, like the balcony non usable in a hot summmer day because of the aircon sending air on it, the flush of the shower is not in the shower so you get the bathroom flooded every time, there is an additional request for washing machine powder that can be avoided (2k won vs 250w won for one day stay)
