Exceptional

This place is a good choice for families. It has a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowded city. The jacuzzi and the grill place is nicely built in the garden. The spacious apartment is furnished with good taste and is well equipped ( dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and nice kitchen utensils).We also liked the huge terrace. There are plenty of beaches around, reachable by car. Our favourite was Saint& Sinner because it has the most facilities. The hosts were very nice and helpful and gave us info whenever we needed ( traffic, restaurants, beaches). Btw, the dog is very cute, well trained, never even came close to us and was only outside when the hosts were also there.

A lot of space in the appartment.

Reviews saying that host has not heard of hospitality are absolutely correct. First when we arrived we were unable to reach the host, meaning we were stuck outside the door waiting for 20 minutes even though the host lives upstairs. When we got inside we first got a lecture of "don't do that, don't do this etc... that went on and on". Then came the first surprise, the pets are apparently welcome, however we were told that our host has a giant dog that doesn't like other animals, which mean we had to kept our dog locked inside for the whole week. In any case we had to pay extra 5 euros (per day) for the dog, without bill of course. Not to mention if you are not comfortable with dogs, the dog there is big and scary and runs around you in the garden. The same as for tourist tax which is normally included in the price of the apartment, well not here. No bill as well, all handwritten. The host keeps the "watchful" eye on you 24/7 which includes them entering the apartment when you are away. I have no idea how that works from a legal standpoint, but it is at least a bad practice. As mentioned, everything in the apartment does look as it does in the pictures, but do not go for a closer inspection. Everything is of low quality, with main issue being the beds... If you dare to move in the middle of the night be prepared to wake up not just your partner but also the neighbours with the horrendous creaking. The list goes on and on and on, including the checkout, when the host showed up at 9:50 (we were supposed to leave by 10) with cleaning supplies and entered the apartment, asking countless of times if we are done... Coup de grace however is the dinning room table. Oh the table, we heard so much about how we should take care of the table that we spent the whole week tip-toeing around it, barely daring to eat a meal normally.
