Posizione tranquilla, un po' lontano dal mare ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile in auto.

La stradina in terra che collega la struttura alla strada provinciale in condizioni pessime con grandi buche profonde anche 20 cm. da percorrere con l'auto ad 1 km l'ora, gli ultimi due giorni è stato distribuito del ghiaino che ha migliorato un pò la situazione. Neanche in un safari si trova una situazione simile. Stradina da terzo mondo. La mia domanda è: come si può iniziare la stagione turistica estiva senza aver provveduto alla sistemazione della strada che va sistemata almeno nel mese di maggio se non prima. Inoltre poco verde e rarissimi alberi nell'area dove ci sono le residenze, il verde e gli alberi contribuiscono a dare ossigeno ed a rifrescare l'aria, oltre che a fornire ombreggiamento alle abitazioni

Posto tranquillo e ideale per godersi la vacanza con il cane. Ampi spazi aperti lontano dal caos.

Spazi all’aperto dove poter far colazione o una chiacchiera . Doccie situate anche all’esterno la disponibilità di Sandro sempre a soddisfare ogni esigenza .

Tutto perfetto solo il materasso un po scomodo

The property was cool, clean and comfortable with a decent bathroom. There was a large fridge and effective air-conditioning which was welcome! I'd expected a kitchenette because I'd seen them in the photos but this was my error as not all "holiday houses" had them so make sure you check yours has when booking! There was a washing machine too on site which was welcome. Some of these units are still under construction and I imagine in a few years this little resort will be really lovely when it's finished and there's some more planting and greenery around.

It wouldn't be difficult to pop a little kitchenette in all of these properties. Also a note with wifi instructions and general information would have been helpful. The thing that bothered me the most was that the bins near the front gate were overflowing and a bit of an eye-sore. They should construct something to contain them and make sure this doesn't happen - it felt a bit uncared for (and unhygienic). Generally there was a lot of rubbish all over Torre Lapillo and it really spoilt what could be a lovely seaside town. Come on Commune - sort it out!
