Namas ir visa aplinka, kaip pro- močiutės namuose. Daug erdvės, virtuvėje yra visko ko reikia, karštas vanduo. Lauke didelis kiemas kur vaikai gali žaisti. Grilis, lauko terasa. Yra kavos virimo aparatas, duonos tosteris.
Ne visi įėjimai rakinami, tai kai kuriems vaikams buvo baisu. Bet šiaip kaimynystė atrodė saugi.
