while away from the center, good public transportation, metro 4 blocks away, bus at the apartment. good restaurants nearby: camillo, Mangiadischi. castoro supermarket block away. across street grocery store, at corner pastry/coffee shop. lots of food and drink options in neighborhood. neighborhood quiet with some annoying dogs barking at times.
apartment chilly despite heat on, bathroom shower some fluctuations in water temperature, shower head only had painfully set jets. restaurant Pizzeria Trattoria Da Pinuccio overwhelming fist smell.

Very beautiful apartment with everything one would need. Andrea and Tina were very helpful and informative. Location was a very good compromise as we were going between the center and the lds temple.

One of the best apartments I stayed in. Every little detail is well thought out. For instance, there is a portable heater in the bathroom if it gets chilly in the morning. Kitchen utensils are new and sufficient for comfortable cooking. Apartment is spacious. The bedrooms face the courtyard and are sufficiently quiet for a good sleep. Two supermarkets are nearby. Definitely recommended.
Note that you would need to walk 5-10 minutes from the metro station to the apartment or wait for a bus. For us it was not a problem.
