This apartment has exceptional natural light throughout. The layout is long and spacious, and the bedroom, bathroom, and living room each have large windows that bring in plenty of sunlight. The views are beautiful, and the apartment offers a great sense of privacy. Its location is unbeatable, situated at just the right elevation to enjoy outstanding views, natural light, and convenience all at once. There is a supermarket right downstairs, making daily life very easy.

The only minor drawback is the lack of a washing machine. There appears to be a space designed for one, but it seems to have been removed. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay and I would happily recommend it.

Great apartment! The location was perfect 10/10, 2min walking to Ipanema beach, lot of bars/rest near the area. Most important, super safe area. Big and confortable apartment with AC.

Shower... sometimes hot water sometimes not and some mosquito bites, make sure you kill them all before sleep, otherwise they will kill you haha

Location was convenient to Ipanema beach. The air conditioner managed to keep the bedroom comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, internet connection was good. The bed was comfortable. The amenities package with soap, shampoo, and lotion was a nice touch. Big windows with lots of natural light. Fortunately someone checked in via WhatsApp to make sure I was able to get in okay and was able to help untangle the difficulties in locating the apartment, and managing to get into the apartment using a touchy keypad.

I didn't have the exact address of the apartment. I wasn't sure what the apartment number was. The digital lock on the door was not apparent when approaching the door. When I arrived after 3:00 p.m. the bed had dirty sheets from the previous occupant and there were towels on the bathroom floor as well as food left on the countertops and in the refrigerator. Obviously the cleaning person had not been there. The curtains and the shutters which were at the windows were left open and the air conditioner was turned off so it was very very hot when I first arrived.
