Al ser un bajo (local adaptado a vivienda/estudio) no se podía abrir la ventana como nos hubiera gustado. Por seguridad y por privacidad

La ubicación estaba perfecta, al lado de todo lo que necesitas supermercados de varias marcas, restauración, a 6-7min andando de la playa y del centro. Todo está muy limpio, te dejan una pastilla para la lavadora, lavavajillas para fregar los platos, estropajo y balleta nuevas a estrenar... Detalles que si sumas todos suben la valoración global!!! La verdad que la estancia muy buena, estuvimos en el loft adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida y es verdad que nosotros no tenemos pero está bastante cuidado los detalles en ese aspecto y creo que no tendrían ningún problema cualquier persona con silla de ruedas.
La verdad que eché de menos un congelador aunque fuera uno pequeño, y la cama grande que sea un sofá cama no me gustó mucho, porque las otras 2 camas que estan en lo que se supone que sería la estancia de "habitación" porque es un loft y está todo comunicado por eso denominó estancia y no habitación como tal... Eran 2 camas de 90 juntas y el niño se caía entre las 2 camas, debería de ser una de 150cm o 180cm y luego el sofá cama
