The owners were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble - they even arranged to collect a meal for us from a local restaurant on the day of our arrival.
Our room was a very good size with a good shower, towels & towelling gowns.
Breakfast was excellent.
Views are amazing.
There was nothing we didn’t like, but I would say you have to have a car if you stay here and it is not ideal for anybody with mobility issues as there are a lot of steps.

We amazed how beautiful this property is. Every detail in the decoration was well thought, the views are heartbreaking.
The host are the most beautiful persons that we could have, they go on and beyond to fulfil your wishes.
I've travel for many years and never had such beautiful welcoming and stay.
We come back already planning the next family holidays and inviting all friends to book also.

Casa da Moira is not a Hotel more a Guest House. The owners are a lovely family and very friendly. However don't expect hotel facilities and be aware there is no restaurant, although the owner did provide a cold plate.
There is a very pleasant garden with a pool to relax. The views from the terrace of the main house are wonderful.
Avis is a very small town with not many facilities and very few places to eat.
