Belísimo!

Location was fantastic for arriving by car and visiting the city by bus. Loved the tiny shops with super friendly signori at the top of the road and the trattoria where the food and service were sublime despite the outside suggesting it might no longer have been open. The appartment was cosy and equipped with everything we needed; pool and bbq area would be fantastic if the weather was good; delightful rural setting 10 mins from city centre. Rolando was a charming host, warm and helpful.

Very nice stay in a nice setting within a few minutes of Torino

The setting is very nice, you won’t think this house is so close to Torino. A little supermarket is closeby. Within 10 minutes you enter the beautiful city. Nice house with nice spaces outside and good pool.

I didn’t like the many insects, but my husband and son didn’t care.

Amazing place!!!

We loved the property. It was green, calm, clean, safe and beautiful. We had non-stop access of the swimming-pool during our entire stay from 10h- 22h. The property is 5 minutes drive from the restaurants, ATM, Pharmacy and Carrefour. It was really amazing for us and we enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this place. Rolando is a nice helpful guy. It was difficult to interact coz of language barrier. So he did efforts and used google translate. I would like to thank Rolando and his family for the beautiful stay. We are already missing your place. I hope we did'nt disturb you a lot.

I really enjoyed it, comfortable but could have been warmer in Autumn

The location for me was excellent, near to Turin centre, an easy drive, but not so near as to be noisy or dirty. Rolando was an extremely good and helpful host, the only slight niggles were the condition and age of the bathroom and lack of heating (just a small portable radiator). Maybe I am spoilt but the central heating should have been available. Otherwise the accommodation was excellent and interesting and well worth a stay in the summer months, I can heartily recommend it!

Just perfect

Very cosy little apartment. Super clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. We felt very at ease with the host. Our dog was also welcomed 🐶

Excellent accueil de Rolando, avec beaucoup d'attention au cours du séjour. Pas grand chose à dire. Déco plutôt rustique mais ce n'est que de la déco. Appartement probablement frais en été à coté de la piscine ! Côté pratique, tout y est, parking privé, calme, dans la verdure à 15mn du centre en voiture.

Goede vakantiewoning voor een week vakantie in Turijn

De eigenaar Rolando is erg vriendelijk, zeer gastvrij (we hebben zelfs van zijn vrouw Daniella haar zelfgemaakte pasta mogen genieten) en behulpzaam. Aanwezigheid van zwembad was fijn na een warme dag. OV is in de buurt en erg goedkoop in vergelijking met Nl, daardoor is vestiging van het huisje net buiten het centrum een goede locatie.

Er viel ons niks tegen wel wat verbeterpuntjes: vochtigheid in huis was hoog maar dit gehalte konden we naar een acceptabel niveau brengen door de aanwezige ontvochtiger en genoeg te ventileren. Verder mistten we tuinstoelen om lekker buiten te zitten, gordijnen die verduisteren en de ruimte om te douchen was niet zo comfortabel. Dat die hond van de overburen constant aan het blaffen was kan Rolando niks aan doen maar is wel een tikkeltje vervelend.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour de vacances chez Rolando. Je recommande.

Maison typique italienne, emplacement nature, retiré de la ville mais très proche du centre de Torino, grande piscine, disponibilité de Rolando, petites attentions culinaires, les chats, terrasse couverte, barbecue. Parking sécurisé.

Les aboiements des chiens des voisins. Du fait de la localisation et de la météo (humide) beaucoup d'insectes. Salle de bain de l'étage un peu petite. Manque une armoire de rangement vêtements chambre étage.

Rolando was zeer behulpzaam. Een voordeel met de bus naar Turijn, bushalte vlakbij. Studio, behoorlijk groot, maar klein balkonnetje. Je kan in de tuin zitten en een lekker zwembad.

Enorme tegenvaller!

Rolando is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ondanks dat hij amper Engels spreekt

Kamer deels in kelder, langs rivier. Enorm vochtig binnen. Water liep langs de muren, plassen water op de vloer, luchtvochtigheid van 95! Alles klam, incl. bed. Schimmel op de muur. Kabaal makende elektrische vochtvreter, die dit probleem niet kon oplossen. Meubilair kromgetrokken.Stroom viel 3x langere tijd uit. Rolando had dit onder deze omstandigheden nooit mogen verhuren. Hele nacht bovendien blaffende buurhonden, harde muziek en gillende autoalarmen. 1 nacht (van de 3 geboekte) toch geprobeerd, amper geslapen en volgende dag meteen vertrokken!

Totale relax sentendosi come a casa!

Rolando è un host eccezionale! Ti fa sentire a casa ed è disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o esigenza. Il posto è incantevole, in mezzo alla natura e con la piscina. a poca distanza dal centro città. Una vera oasi di pace!! Grazie torneremo senz’altro!!

A MAI PIÙ RIVEDERCI

Io, la mia famiglia e il mio cane abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura contattando in precedenza l'host chiedendo se ci fosse abbastanza spazio per tutti. Lui ha risposto di si ma in realtà non era così, siamo stati strettissimi. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un'abitazione dove la cucina era inagibile per l'uso di un divano letto che ci ha costretti a mangiare in piedi. Inoltre, le stoviglie erano completamente sporche e arrugginite e quando abbiamo fatto notare il problema all'host lui ci ha risposto "andate al ristorante". Non la giusta accoglienza per delle persone che hanno pagato. La casa non ha soddisfatto i minimi requisiti igienici: c'erano formiche e ragni ovunque, anche sul piano della cucina e nel letto. C'era uno strato altissimo di polvere sopra al letto dove sono state costrette a dormire anche persone allergiche. La porta d'ingresso non si chiudeva correttamente a chiave e restava uno spiraglio aperto non garantendoci la sicurezza e la tranquillità durante il riposo notturno (anche qui l'host ci ha risposto di mettere dello scotch). La porta del bagno non si chiudeva correttamente non permettendo la privacy degli ospiti.

Les chiens qui font que aboyer sans cesses toute la journée . Bébé impossible de dormir . Il devait y avoir une climatisation qui n’y étais pas . Et il nous a fait payer une taxe de séjour , nous avons pas compris car il y a écris taxe comprise

Warm, gastvrij, gezellig en kneuterig in de goede zin van het woord!!

De sfeer in de studio en de ruimte er omheen zijn echt heel prettig! Lekker zwembad, wat vliegjes erin (waar je sowieso niet aan ontkomt) en met het schepnet zo eruit te halen. Complete keuken! Wasmachine aanwezig! Top! We konden gebruik maken van de droogrekken van de eigenaar. Erg sympathieke eigenaar, die met handen en voeten ons duidelijk maakte hoe dingen werkten. Het voelde erg huiselijk allemaal, wat ons erg aansprak! Als je van luxe houdt, is dit geen plek om te zijn. Het heeft een beetje een ‘Hans en Grietje’ gevoel. Heel erg content mee!!

Als ik dan iets ‘moet’ noemen, is het trappetje buitenom naar de studio wat stijl. Ik was elke keer bang eraf te vallen. Maar dat is ook echt het enige!
