Denjak Apartments

Ich wohnte seit 6 Tage in Appartement No. 4 und bin sehr zufrieden. Alles top sauber, neue Möbel, ein hervorragendes Bett. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber alles funktioniert, die Regendusche liefert viel und sehr heisses Wasser, nichts ist verkalkt oder tropft, kein lästiger Geruch. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Balkon mit neuen Sesseln und Markise. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der 4G-Empfang ist sehr gut, das WLAN habe ich nicht genutzt. Die Parkplätze direkt am Haus sind groß und liegen auf dem Grundstück. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Appartamento pulitissimo e ristrutturato di recente. Ottima la posizione a poche centinaia di metri dal mare. Host molto gentile.

Rengeteg gyönyörű olajfa, a terasz, kicsit a tenger is látszódott. Alapvetően csendes környék. Van vizisí. Vannak edények, szivacs, mosogatószer, szappan, vc papír.Többféle törölköző.

A szállásadó nem volt ott az érkezésünkor. Utólag derült ki, hogy nem lehet átutalással fizetni, nekünk aztmondta ráérünk a készpénzes fizetéssel, elmondta mettől meddig elérhető...ennek ellenére másnap a teraszra felkiabálva vont minket kérdőre miért nem mentünk a recepcióra 10:00 órára fizetni..borzasztóan kellemetlen volt. Megkérdeztük hogy lehet eljutni a tengerpartra gyalog,mi találtunk térképen egy olajfás, romantikus útvonalat, azt mondta csak a főút mellett szabad menni, a többi magánút, pedig turistaútvonal volt, azt mondta gyalog 5 perc a tengerpart, de az is több volt, mindenben rosszul tájékoztatott minket. Azt mondta van Kornicban bank automata, azt kerestük 1 órán keresztül, de nem volt, csak Punatban. A szállás jó volt, a szállásadó velünk barátságtalanul viselkedett. Volt egy nagy csótány a fürdőszobában.

It’s definitely good price for summer time in Croatia. The size of the apartment is decent. Some equipment is brand new.

The location isn’t ideal, far from everything. The apartment is rather old flat built probably in the 70’s of the XX century and adapted to the rental. We had a bad smell in a toilet coming either from a shower sink. The communication was not clear. Nobody tells us there is a special container for a dog’s poo and when you try to throw it to the trash bin they make a big eyes… Why not to let us know in advance? Also the neighbours complained on our small dog making his moment on the street ( there is nothing else around, no grass, no forest or so) … common, we have cleaned the road. So far all Croatians I have met were super friendly…
