De faciliteiten in de keuken en de tuin. Hebben heerlijk kunnen koken buiten eten. Verder een perfecte ligging om Wenen te combineren met rust en natuur.
Paar punten ter verbetering. Het tuinmeubilair is behoorlijk verouderd. De kasten zijn allemaal zo vol gestopt met spullen dat je er verder niets meer in kunt opbergen. Hierdoor misten we ook een kledingkast.
