We are fans of the algarve. It was a real pleasure to revisit after the covid19 problems. The airport seems to now be fully complete. Eating out was a good as always and very enjoyable. Great to renew our contact with our host.

Location was very good and flat was spotlessly clean. The pool area was superb, very well looked after and very clean. The bar area was also good with very friendly staff. All the surrounding gardens were beautifully cared for and parking was easy outside our apartment.It was very easy to reach the beach from the apartments, only a 5 minute walk to the wooden bridge to cross over to the beach. The sand is beautiful with no litter or even seaweed! It is easy to find a secluded bit of beach if you walk along for a while as most people stay near the beach bars.
The bed was awful with a very uncomfortable mattress which was a shame as the rest of the apartment was very nice and well decorated. The pillows were also not very good or pleasant to sleep on.

well placed in the resort, quiet although work going on next door
bed uncomfortable, dated toilet and shower facilities, not enough hot water.. one maid visit not sufficient really
