Posizione periferica a me congeniale, parcheggio sotto casa i area pubblica, edificio di recente costruzione luminoso e con buoni serramenti. Disponibilità del proprietario, c'è stato un problema con l'autoclave ma risolto in breve tempo. Di fronte c'è il bar Gnam (adiacente il distributore di benzina) buona colazione a prezzo contenuto. Posizione geografica favorevole alle visite a Marina di Ragusa, Castello di Donna Fugata, Noto etc.
La tenda della doccia non è molto efficiente a contenere gli schizzi di acqua, mancava il tappeto uscita doccia e il kit prodotti da bagno.
