Mr. Akheel was very wonderful host and was very polite and helpful, providing all the inputs on places to be visited and covered in and around Nuwara Eliya.
Approaching the property was quite challenging we felt sign boards would have been helpful.
Not satisfied and convinced with the "House Rules" which were displayed in the property. It is advisable the same are indicated/displayed at the time of booking.

Limpio, sin humedad.
Al hacer el check in el responsable del alojamiento fue desagradable porque llegamos a las 10 de la noche por adversidades de la carretera, aunque habíamos avisado y dijo que no había problema. El último tramo de carretera es complicado, no entres con coche. Las camas son demasiado duras, prácticamente como dormir en el suelo. No hay calefacción. No dan desayuno, lleva todo lo que necesites porque esta alejado de las cosas.

The local breakfast food was superb and the family very accommodating. Extremely comfortable bed.
Did not like how far it was from the city. However this was our choosing.

De hosts waren erg behulpzaam, ze hebben ons geholpen met vervoer en hebben lekker voor ons gekookt. Ze hebben aan al onze wensen voldaan.
De matrassen in onze (twin)kamer waren erg hard. De host heeft ons extra dekens gegeven om het bed wat zachter te maken.
