Juanita was the best one could ask for her friendliness and warm welcome made the stay even better
The fact that you can’t buy lunch or supper at the venue it would’ve been much better if this option was available

This is a repeat review as I have stayed at the Waterfront many times and always give it a score of 10. Vashti, Liesel and Juanita along with the other ladies could not be more friendly or helpful.. Breakfast cooked to your order as you like it. Such a well-run hotel, also spotlessly clean.
Trying hard to think of anything, I would have to say the washbasin in the Loft suite is really much too tiny for a grown-up.

The staff were wonderful. Excellent breakfast.
I expected a view from the rooms, considering it is located right next to the dam. The walls were not of bricks so not soundproof if your neighbours are noisy
