Didn't like it didn't feel like you could sit outside on the patio area as it was dirty

It wasn't clean at all cobwebs everywhere and dead spiders in all 4 corners of each room dead fly in the draws which we couldn't use cobwebs all under the table which is where you eat from

A really lovely place to stay for visiting Hereford

A very pleasant stay. Everything was clean and in good condition. Tastefully decorated and furnished. The cost was very reasonable all things considered.

The short approach road to the holiday cottage is very narrow and bumpy. One has to drive slowly and with great care.

Quiet, comfortable couple of days.

Quiet location country vibe. Good bus connections into Hereford at the end of the lane. Nice village pub. Nice shower and all that you require for a good stayvin the property.

Blinds in the bedroom let in sunlight early which is about 5am in May. They are rhree roll down blinds with gaps in between. One single roller blind would elliminate this problem.

We liked that the kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to cook our own food. The studio was very private.

There was an instance that WiFi did not work throughout the day assume this was due to bad weather. A little foot rest to keep foot up would be great while watching, would give better comfort and relaxation.

Set right on the edge of beautiful quiet countryside but a short walk to a local, excellent pub! Pretty gardens.Very comfortable. Stayed in order to visit RHS show near Malvern and Malvern Hills.

Convenient for visiting friends and good value for the price charged. The property was clean, comfortable, in a quiet lovely location, ideal for couples who want to get away from the rat race for a while. Good local pub

Very disappointing and not up to the standard we expected, but we made do. We would rate7 out of 10.

The heating was only on once a day at 06.15am to 06.45am. Just as well that the weather had improved a little. We did feel really chilled the whole time in the cottage.

Lovely quiet location. Great for exploring Hereford and either the Wye Valley or Black Mountains.

Although there is a lot of outside space the Up Stairs apartment only has a picnic table type bench to sit at which my wife couldn't use conformably as she can't lift her leg over easily due to arthritis. If we'd known we would have brought our folding camping chairs.

Very quiet location surrounded by beautiful gardens. Studio has a private outside area where you could sit and listen to the birdsong. Ideal for visiting Hereford , Malvern and National Trust properties.A lovely couple of days , we could have stayed much longer!!
