The most friendly and helpful staff I ever met.
Good food on a terrace.
Ice cold air condition. It was far over 100 degrees (46C) outside but it was cool inside room and whole building.

Location and a few persons from the staff
Some days they just forgot to clean my room and had to ask for toilet paper since they didn't refill it. One day they had an emergency person screaming and not letting me sleep. They don't even apologise or not charge for the night. It is advised as four stars hotel, and it is two.
