Overall, everything went well. The house is beautiful and very authentic, with a stunning view. I’d say it’s also fairly close to the beach (though there's a steep uphill walk).

The kitchen is very poorly equipped; the pans are very worn out, and the bathroom fans don’t work, so there’s always humidity and a lingering smell. The dishwasher needs maintenance, and there’s no air conditioning in the living room or common areas.
