The chap at reception was very welcoming, polite and helpful. He was a gem. The security chap was also very friendly and helpful.

There were no hand towels in our room, only bath towels. We didn't request them as we only stayed for the night, but it should've been available.

Low quality sheets and towels were very old. Too many man alone in hotel waiting to go work fir Petrobras???? When I called the hotel no one told me that there were several people tested positive for Covid. Nightmare. Never again.

It was awful.

The location, for the purpose I was in the city, was very good. It was near the places I had to visit and had an easy way in and out of the city.

There were so many points to dislike... I have booked two rooms, one to host three persons and the other to host two persons. The room with three persons didn't have enough towels for everyone. Also, there wasn't a spare blanket and even when asked at the reception, both items weren't provided. To the second room, I've asked for a spare pillow and it wasn't provided either. The breakfast is charged separately, and it was just awful. Dry bread with cheese and ham. All the items that are usually a trademark of IBIS were missing, the clerk even said so when she was delivering the breakfast, that they had almost nothing and she just put together what she managed to find around to try and make something edible. The bathroom in the first room was leaking and nobody cared to check, even when informed at the reception. The clerks at the reception weren't nice. They were actually careless. When I asked to be refunded on the breakfast for the second day, I was informed that this wasn't how they did things and that it would not be possible to receive a refund. The first clerk to whom I've asked for the refund just pushed me to the ones that would get into service the next morning. By the end, since we were going to stay just a couple of nights, we gave up complaining. But this hotel will never be an option for future visits.

Very poor

Mold infestation on the bathroom door. My breathing suffered and the hotel was full so I couldn't change rooms. This was a family trip and I had reserved two rooms for one night. They couldn't place us on the same floor

It could have been better.

The breakfast was decent for the price, and the location was good.

TV did not work, and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night after coming back from dinner. The wi-fi in the room did not work the entire next morning, which was disappointing as we had to resolve some things before checking out the hotel.

A atendente era muito solícita e todos os funcionários bem educados.

Ficamos num quarto que o ar-condicionado não gelava, tiveram que nos trocar. No segundo quarto o banheiro era forro no teto de PVC e o chuveiro saia do teto de PVC onde vazava agua por todo lado envolta do chuveiro. Sinceramente parecia hotel de beira de estrada. café da manhã, o suco era uma mistura de suco pronto com pequenos gominhos de laranja, para enganar que era suco natural. A mesa do quarto estava com acabamento descolando.

O ar-condicionado muito ruim, fraco e não gela bem, meu pet e minha família passamos calor. Para vê a vista tem que abrir a cortina da janela, porém se abrir os raios solar do sol entram e esquenta o quarto, e sem ar-condicionado funcionando bem fica péssima a experiência. (umas das piores parte são as tomadas 220v) estamos no sudeste é padrão 127v não 220v como se estivesse na região Nordeste.

Quarto sem tratamento acústico, problemas de vazamento no banheiro , vaso sanitário com odor de esgoto, frigobar que congela tudo , ar-condicionado desliga sozinho e não volta na temperatura que colocamos , quarto com cheiro de mofo, ausência de toalha de rosto e toalhas de banho tínhamos que ficar pedindo pra trocar, iluminação muito ruim, o quarto ficava muito escuro. Alguns funcionários da recepção não teve um bom atendimento ( exemplo não deram importância sobre as perguntas como o almoço, nem um cardápio foi apresentado, fora alguns tratamentos que foram de qualquer jeito, como se tivéssemos no local por algum favor, alguns comentários como: não sei como elas conseguiram por esse valor, acho que não é da conta de ninguém, já que quem paga somos nós. O hotel precisa melhorar muito em todos esses requisitos.

No aplicativo aparece o valor da diária com café incluso e ao fazer o checkout me cobraram 90 reais pelo café da manhã informando que não estava incluso e que o erro foi do booking ou seja propaganda enganosa. Fui enganado pelo booking ou pelo hotel Emfim fiquei no prejuízo.
