Happy Dream Pension

The pension is located in the mountains, along the river. It was a beautiful location with no ability to view any of it from inside the room. It was warm enough, and everything was clean.

It was very expensive for what we got. We did book only 3 weeks out, and during the Youth Olympic Games. That being said it was by far the most expensive booking, and one of my greatest frustrations is that you cant see the outside. The entire reason we were there was to enjoy nature. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The owner is sooo friendly and accommodating. He dropped us and picked us up from the ski resort. Made sure we had dinner and offered us a delicious homemade Korean breakfast! Best stay weve had in Korea. Thank you Mr. Shin!! Your pension is awesome!!!

Nothing! Our stay was perfect!

I liked the location. Even the big road is just a few hundred meters away from the house, it was very quiet and peaceful. I liked that it was very warm inside and the hot water was really HOT!

Well, the facilities are quite old. No tissues or kitchen towels inside the room. And a lot of dust everywhere. I guess the room was just locked since the last visitor. My mom has dust allergy that's why we always pay attention how clean the room is. Also we had a baby with us who was crawling. The owner did not show any excitement of meeting us. Probably he was confused because I am a foreigner but can speak Korean. Anyway I could not tell he was helpful or something. He just gave us the key and disappeared :)
