Location was reasonable close to all amenities and the two ladies that where on site where very helpful in sorting everything out for us in phoneing you and helping us to get to the room and they were very nice people
We were pleased with everything that was there and we had a very nice stay

Good location right on the main bus route from Ingoldmells to Skegness, very clean and nice smelling room, extremely comfy beds!

the shower head had mold on the windowsill covered in dust and the bed sheet had a spot of blood on clearly hadn’t been changed from the last guest
