Amazing hosts what an amazing stay

Absolutely loved it hear couldn't of asked for better hosts it was perfect they proved us with a small fridge for our autistic son for his drinks snacks and medication they were so welcoming too the room was great for our needs for our stay and the location was perfect and quiet away from the noisy caravan sites yet close to all the amenities beds were very comfortable and had a great night sleep the room was lovely and clean couldn't fault it only downside would be I wished I had stayed longer I would definitely recommend coming hear to stay and would definitely visit hear again 😊 thanks so much for makeing our break much more than what we was expecting i hope to see you next year

Great price. Lovely staff and clean and tidy!

We booked this as a last minute decision and we was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and polite, the room we had was a great size for 2 of us it was clean and tidy, the bathroom was a great size as well and clean, the shower was really nice as well. The location is good. Not too far from Fantasy Island. Great for a couple of night away, definitely will be back.

Just what we needed

We booked a spontaneous one night trip and this was exactly what we needed. The location was easy to find, and close to Ingoldmells and Skegness. Free parking is a big bonus. The staff were really friendly and even pointed us in the right direction of a local cafe which was brilliant. They took the time to speak with my children too which is lovely especially when they were not bothered when my child was non-verbal but still included her in conversation. I'd stay again.

All right for a one night accommodation not good

There wasn't any breakfast

We assumed there was a microwave fridge the usual stuff but there was none room to small you had to stand or sit on the bed

John is a lovely host nothing is to much bother for him he makes you feel welcome and the room we stayed in was like a cosy studio flat just perfect And a 4 minute walk across the road up on to beach was perfect

Loved it shame about the taxis

Everything about travellers rest motel was amazing the staff very friendly and helpful they even took me to a destination that i wanted to go because no taxis or uber would pick us up as i have very bad knees hips and ankles in

The local taxi firm's are very unfriendly if yr not going a long distance so if yr disabled you've no chance of getting a ride into sealane from here i was turned down because i was to near my destination

Lovely relaxing stay in the perfect location

We stayed in the deluxe room and it had everything we needed fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and tea and coffee it's a lovely room and it's on the ground floor so easy access to the carpark ( carpark is free) Tracy and John are the perfect host's so helpful and friendly, we have stayed here before and will continue to stay here in the future...I also would like to say there are seats outside so you can enjoy your morning cuppa in the lovely fresh air..

One night stay but will be back

Our room was small but immaculately clean if staying for longer than 1 night we would have opted for a larger room but a lovely guy called John was waiting for us on arrival he showed us to our room and was very kind and helpful we stayed on the hottest night of the year so the room was very hot but that was no fault of the hotel we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

It was like staying in a hostel, very dated and not worth the £136.00 we paid for 2 nights !!

Only saw the corridor to the attic room we stayed in. The bathroom was opposite the room which was at the end of the corridor so should have been private but there were people coming and going through the fire door.

The room was dark. Poorly decorated overlooking old caravan roofs full of green moss. The bed was comfy but the pillows were flat and stained ( years old ).

Decided to try this place, glad we did. Very basic but in a prime location, beds comfy, shower good, everything you need for a night away, loved the fact you actually got a proper mug for coffee in morning and a little fridge.

enjoyable and relaxing!

the two people who ran the place were very kind and made both me and my brother very comfortable. the bed’s were very cosy and the room was just a nice size for the few nights we stayed ( considering we spent most of our time out! ) fantastic experience and would definitely stay again :)

not so much what i didn’t like as everything was perfect, we just had a problem with the shower and getting it to warm up, and it came out a little weak. the side blind in the main area was also broken, but this was probably the fault of whoever has been in previously.
