Location was spot on

Couldnt get tv to work they did try their best but went off again

Such a perfect location for a little treat for the kids - can walk to Butlin’s and fantasy island and even a takeaway next door and pub over the road. Kids were a little older so could go to the beach - down a short path - on their own after being seen across the busy road. Perfect little kitchenette and everything was really really clean so huge credit to the cleaner as sand will get everywhere! Comfy bed and really clean bedding and good pillows and duvet. We all definitely will stay again

Traffic noise which is to be expected but can’t hear much from the bedroom, and one of the other guests was a little daft - not the motels fault!

Good location, clean and comfy just what I needed

If I was gonna be picky , I would say the shelf above the sink was too low.when you tried to wash your face, you'd hit your head on it.Need a bit more shelving in the bathroom.

Good size room

Not very clean at all, bathroom door was filthy, shower head covered with limescale, there was even a toenail on the floor🤢, spiders and spider webs everywhere, bedding looks very tired, we hardly spent any time there as it was so dirty. no toilet roll on arrival
