Lage in einer Seitenstraße, daher ruhig außer Müllabfuhr (-: / kostenlose Parkplätze am Straßenrand in unmittelbarer Nähe -etwas abseits vom Zentrum, Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe - auch sehr gut als Ausgang für Radtouren (durch div. Grünanlagen z.B. bis zum Zentrum) -freundliche Schlüsselübergabe durch Vermieterin/Möglichkeit E-Bikes unterzustellen -Die Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber -Unser Aufenthalt war im August und es war sehr schön, dass wir die Terrasse/Garten benutzen durften (Zugang über Küche/Essecke -Selten ein Badezimmer in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt, was so praktisch und großzügig eingerichtet war (Handtücher, ausreichende Ablagen bzw. Wandhaken...)

Ich reise viel und habe selten eine so gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gesehen. Alles vorhanden auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. S- Bahn 10 Min zu Fuss entfernt. Strassenbahn wird gerade renoviert. Ähnlich nah entfernt. Bäcker und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Bett ist bequem. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee vorhanden.
Ich fand alles sehr gut.
