As a frequent traveler, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for one night and overall it was a very good experience. The staff was professional, cooperative, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean, well-managed, quiet, and comfortable with no unpleasant smell. Bedsheets, pillow covers, washroom, lifts, and corridors were all properly maintained and hygienic. I had a wonderful sleep during my stay.
However, the Wi-Fi service needs improvement as it was occasionally troublesome, and drinking water should be provided in the room. Also, adding more variety to the breakfast menu would be appreciated.
Overall, my stay was excellent and comfortable.
