Camera pulita, staff super accogliente e posizione veramente ottima per chi viene in auto dato l'ampio parcheggio gratuito fronte mare e che comunque è buono anche per andare a visitare la valle dei templi e il circondario. Camere molto grandi e bella doccia. Letto molto comodo. C'è anche un comodo terrazzo dove è possibile stendere teli mare o altro, forse sfruttabile meglio ma comunque utile.

La colazione è si varia, sia.dolce che salato, però non è proprio ricca, forse aggiungerei un po di scelta su alcune cose. Ma comunque in generale resta una buona colazione

Very close to the beach and good selection of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Free parking in front of property. Room comfortable, Bedding and towels excellent. Host and staff really great. Exceptional breakfast

Building work below our room (No 3) which was extremely noisy from arrival until early evening and started again just before 8am - however Grazia advised this was essential work to renovate the bar/ restaurant on the ground floor ahead of its opening- therefore unfortunate timing for us but only temporary so shouldn’t be a problem for future guests. The noise from the restaurant/ disco directly in front of the B&B started around 11pm and continued until the early hours … when mentioned to Grazia she describes ‘San Leone as a place where the nightlife pulsates in summer and my B& B is in the heart of it’ - certainly wouldn’t put me off revisiting or recommending but just something to be aware of.

Clean and friendly. The location was great too.
