The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were friendly.
There are the occasional planes flying over at night, but ear plugs are provided if you need them.

Lidia and her husband were both very nice people and easy to talk to. She even reserved a taxi for me back to the airport and was there when he arrived at 6:30 in the morning.
The room was was very nice and clean. Lucia added a few nice things like water, tea and some fruit in the room. She also had a much appreciated extra blanket in the room that I used at night. She took care to add those nice touches.
The neighborhood also felt safe. I walked to the zoo and back one day and enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. The are some nice neighborhood restaurants nearby too.
Nothing. Just note that due to traffic and road construction the taxi ride from the airport took longer than expected. That will be true of any lodging though.

The staff was exceptional, we worried about us when we got lost
The room was like our expectation but we couldn't sleep because it was very noisy
