We enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet and close to nature. The house has a soul and is very pleasant.

Very relaxedm nicely located near the Garda lake, great central point for excursions to Verona, Milan or Mantova. The house is very well equipped and clean. Owner is very nice and always helpful.

Exceptional

The breakfast is outstanding, fresh baked bread, cheese and meat serving, 2 types of sweet cake, multiple yoghurt and cereal products, fresh fruit, many juices and of course coffee. The room is very big, good matras, good airco, refrigirator,free Wi-Fi. Very clean, large and luxury bathroom. The location is close to the village and has a free view over the fields, feels like being in nature. Most valuable of all is the very friendly couple that runs the B&B.

Amazing, authentic italian country house

The place is super clean and the host is very nice and welcoming. I went there for two days with my family and would recomend it to everyone who wishes to sleep in a quiet, authentic italian country house. It is very near to Sirmione and Gardaland, the breakfast is really good (thank you for the home baked banana bread) and they have a really cool cat in the back yard. Very fluffy and wants to cuddle. Excellent value for the money and we will return here for sure.

The doors are making an awful noise, the two rooms we've booked are not an apartment as we think so, the fridge is only downstairs, used by all the guests.

Breakfirst was great European breakfirst, property is located is out of city centre, these was great for us. We were really impresed with interior, very nice oldfashion with music memorabilities.

Nice and comfortable accomodation close to Lake Garda

Very nice and friendly owner. Large, clean, cosy and comfortable room with very nice decorations. Tasty breakfast included. Sirmione is 15 km away, unfortunately without public transport so car is needed. Safe and big space for parking. We were satisfied and can recommend this accommodation.

Bellissima vacanza

Bellissima casa immersa nel verde. La signora Elena sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso l'intero appartamento perché eravamo tre famiglie stanze molto grandi e ambienti spaziosi e luminosi . Ci siamo trovati benissimo a due passi dal lago e da altri luoghi interessanti da visitare. Lo consiglio vivamente e noi ci torneremo sicuramente.

B&b molto bello!

Il b&b é immerso nel verde, é molto bello e curato! La proprietaria é una signora gentilissima e affabile! La colazione era ottima, ci hanno anche chiesto se volessimo la colazione salata e la mattina successiva abbiamo trovato un piatto di salumi e formaggi a disposizione oltre alle torte e cornetti che c' erano a buffet! La camera e il bagno erano pulitissimi, letto comodo e cuscini altrettanto comodi, posso dire che ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio e ci tornerei! La posizione é ottima perché é a pochi km da Sirmione!
