Location is very good.the Foodcourt just at the lower ground.The bank can just walk in 3 mins.Laundry is at ground floor but during my stay its doesn’t working all.The good one was use by the staff hotel doing they laundry hotel items

Clean and i like most is there’s a laundromat adjoining to hotel lobby, convenient for me those long staying guests.
Helpful and friendly staff
Iron & ironing board should be placed on each floor corridor rather than on request basis.
Providing hair dryer would be value added too.

Budget-friendly. An ideal option for those needing accommodation for one or two nights without exceeding their budget.
Adequate toiletries should have been prepared for the guest. Only body soap was available. Furthermore, the cleanliness requires attention; the room cleanliness should be verified prior to guest check-in.
