В целом понравилось и расположение, сам отель и номера - "вылизан" каждый сантиметр, очень чисто, я бы сказала даже стерильно))) конечно здание само не новое, не новый ремонт, но чисто, аккуратно. Персонал очень внимательный, доброжелательный. Хотелось бы халат в номер, а так остальное все есть. Выезжали очень рано, положили завтрак с собой! Было актуально, так как ездили с ребенком.

The beddings were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and girl from bar was very good. receptionist at the day shift was polite and accommodating
The receptionist Chinara was very so rude and unprofessional, she was working 2 nights, I called to police to complain to her, because I have never experienced insults from the reception. First day we didn't have complimentary water, no slippers, no bathrobes, no dental kits. But after my complaints we received complimentary pizza and tea. Overall, I very wish that administration would take measures to avoid hire staff like Chinara, she spoiled the whole trip and experience in the hotel. I hope WILL NEVER COME BACK IN AGAIN So pitty
