Good staff, clean rooms, good location

The sewage system is not working. In the bathroom, both the shower and the sink are clogged with water and it doesn't drain. This really annoyed me. Also, the floors need to be repaired, the parquet floors are falling apart.

Excellent breakfast, cleanliness, facilities and even the location was great.

Everything was great, no complains!

The staff is very helpful. The apartment itself was comfortable, but not what we had expected. The furniture is comfortable and the location is an easy walk to lots of shops and cafes. However: It is advertised as a complete apartment with a kitchenette so we expected to at least be able to heat some basic meals. There is no kitchen whatsoever... only a kettle and small rerigerator. No microwave, toaster, plates and utensils, or even a sink in the kitchen area. Staff told me that the government required them to remove all of these (remove the sink?), but if that's the case it should not be advertised as such.

In addition to the kitchen issue, there is very poor soundproofing. Both nights there were noisy neighbors at 2:00 am and we could hear everything in the next apartment.
