Location (positive things): 1) not far from beach, 2) very good restaurant "Urban Pizza" in the same building, 3) a lot of entertainment options (night clubs, bars etc.) around, 4) balcony is excellent place to watch sunset!
Location (negative things): night clubs and bars make very loud noise till ~4 in the morning!
Hosts have to invest in apartment's repairment. Some facilities are not operating

Si vas en plan de salidas nocturnas es ideal por la ubicación ya q está muy cerca de todos los bares y pubs, el dpto es muy grande ideal si sos un grupo grande
Que hay mucho ruido hasta muy tarde en la madrugada. Y como sugerencia le haría falta una tostadora

la piscina y la zona de terraza están muy bien
el ambiente alrededor es un poco extraño, con gente rara que se mete en las escaleras de casa y mal ambiente. El apartamento no estaba todo lo limpio que nos gustaría, y no se puede poner que tiene aire acondicionado en general si solo hay uno en la habitación de dos camas. Caro para lo que es. Muchos días no tuvimos sitio para aparcar debajo de casa.
