Location (positive things): 1) not far from beach, 2) very good restaurant "Urban Pizza" in the same building, 3) a lot of entertainment options (night clubs, bars etc.) around, 4) balcony is excellent place to watch sunset!
Location (negative things): night clubs and bars make very loud noise till ~4 in the morning! Hosts have to invest in apartment's repairment. Some facilities are not operating

The pool and balcony had a very good view
No window in the bathroom led to a smell
