Great host met on arrival, very friendly. Apartment was clean and had all amenities and equipment. Nice garden. Pool access great.
Like many on the estate it is a little tired around the edges, but the price reflects this and is certainly good value, so had no impact on the quality of our stay.

Good size ground floor property with patio and spacious. Lifts to all floors. Separate bathroom and 2nd en-suite with bedroom. Great to watch a sunrise and convenience for the train. Smart tv.
No sun loungers arround the pool area and lots of midget and big wasp looking things.
Could also do with a little updating with decor and few more kitchen utensils like re-usable tubs for storage with this being a self catering apartment. No air-con built in bedrooms which did make them rather hot and stuffy, was fans but didn’t make much difference. Portable aircon unit in the living area which works well when stood in front of but doesn’t cool the room and much as we needed.

the view
doors to bathrooms couldn't close due to water damage, chairs on the terrace were all somewhat broken. no coffeemaker (had to buy one and leave it there) all cabinet doors in kitchen water damaged.
over mirror lights in small bathroom only worked sporadically.
no wine glasses (well there was 1...) , and the place wasn't particularly clean.
