I had car troubles at the end of our stay. We needed a couple of extra days there. The owner went out of her way and rearranged everything so we could stay the extra two nights in the same room. She was very helpful.

Just very minor, it would have been nice to have a couple of fold up chairs on the rooms balcony.

we were suprised how everything was to hand, if travelling with children this is the place for you, a wonderful indoor and out door play area, the resturant was lovely good value for money plus it was open all day and evening, even if you just wanted to go down for a soft drink or a coffee Nothing was to much trouble, we felt very much at home thank you there was even a lovely sun lounger on the terrace xx

WELL TO BE HONEST EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THANK YOU SO MUCH WE HADS A WONDERFUL REST ONLY NEGATIVE WAS YAMBOL IT SELF ! YAMBOL IS A NICE BIG TOWN WITH SOME GREAT SHOPS BUT IT WAS VERY WIDE SPREAD OUT . NOT MUCH TO SEE OR WHERE TO GO

Nice size room.

There was a lizard on the wall! We called the owner and she sucked the lizard with the vacuum cleaner. She mentioned that it is a "normal" thing. There is a wardrobe but you can't use the cabinets as they are occupied with old machinery. There are also too many stairs and no elevator. So if you have knee issues I do not recommend this hotel.
