Very polite stuff. The room is cute, very clean and spacious. Every day they give fresh water. Quiet despite being at a big street and having the bar. The bar of the hotel is also very cool and good for playing billiard.
I love that I can give a big bag for laundry only for 50 baht. There is a small pool. Good value for money overall.
Not much. It is directly located on a big Street. It's practical for sure. I was just a bit disappointed that the beach near the hotel its not for swimming.

Good location, The accommodations were acceptable, although very close together, but the day I was there it was very calm and quiet.
I arrived having booked a room with a single bed and a double bed. When I arrived at reception for check-in, the receptionist asked me for an extra 300 baht to add a single bed, the double bed is already in the room, but if you want to add a single bed they ask for extra. I wasn't writtent anywhere on my reservation that additional fees would come So, I really insisted with the lady, asking her either to cancel my reservation herself or to waive their strange 300 baht charge for adding a single bed.
After about ten minutes, the owner agreed not to charge me the extra 300 baht, so thank you, but these kinds of hidden fees shouldn't be part of the booking at all. Moreover, the added single bed was a really uncomfortable military cot.
