Superb

It is a very nice apartment with all comfort you need. We arrived late, but even then were welcome friendly and were shown around (building with swimming pool, play room for toddlers and gym). We had a corner apartment with two balconies and view to the sea. This was great even though it was Winter and we could take a walk to the sea side.

If I would stay for a longer period I would miss an oven in the kitchen and a toaster. Everything else was perfect and clean. It is a 5 Minutes drive to the city of Kolberg, but the area has two mini markets.

Confortable yet a bit crowded resort in a quiet area by the sea

The location close the sea in a quiet area. The nice welcome to the place, with a quick tour to the facility. The cleanliness of the apartment. The available parking space. The community Finnish sauna. The high quality of the WiFi.

The indoors swimming pool was crowded and the water hyperchlorated, being quite irritating especially to small children. The landlord did not provide keys to pedestrian accesses. The lack of privacy at the balcony (you see everyone and everyone can see you).

Strandnahe, ruhige Lage; komfortable und schön eingerichtete Wohnung; Parkplatz im umzäunten Objekt direkt vorm Haus; Fitnessstudio, Schwimmhalle und Sauna vor Ort; geschichtlich interessante Umgebung; netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber; unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out; wir haben den Jahreswechsel dort in Familie verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bardzo udany pobyt, świetne miejsce, polecam!

Bardzo ładny, nowy, zadbany apartament. Świetnie wyposażony. Blisko do plaży, a samochodem rzut beretem do centrum Kołobrzegu czy Ustronia. Fajny basen zewnętrzny i place zabaw. Na niepogodę jest basen wewnętrzny i sala zabaw dla dzieci. Zadaszone miejsce na grilla też na plus.

Wynajmowaliśmy apartemat z tarasem jako rodzina 2+2, dzieci w wieku do 7 lat. Apartament nowocześnie i gustownie urządzony z dodatkami nawiązującymi do morskiego klimatu🤩 Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba aby przygotować sobie smaczne posiłki jak w domu: od tartki kuchennej po zmywarkę, za co ogromny plus👌 Pojemna szafa w sypialni pomieściła wszystkie nasze rzeczy, w łazience pralka, był również odkurzacz👍 Przestronny taras z trawką bardzo spodobał sie naszym dzieciom☺️ Pan obsługujący apartament bardzo komunitarywny i pomocny👍 Teren wokół budynku z licznymi atrakcjami: 2 place zabaw dla dzieci, miejsce z grilem elektrycznym, odkryty basen z leżakami, kryty basen, sala zabaw, siłownia oraz wypożyczalnia rowerów z rabatem dla wynajmujacych apartament👌 W bliskiej odległości wygodne dojście do morza oraz do ścieżki pieszo-rowerowej wzdłuż wybrzeża. Świetnie spędziliśmy czas, podoga dopisała mimo iż codziennie była inna, ale można było sobie zaplanować aktywności różnego rodzaju😃 Polecamy i chętnie wrócimy 😍

Woda w basenie odkrytym mogłaby być cieplejsza😂 o ile jest jakiś inny sposób jej podgrzania niż solary słoneczne. Aczkolwiek byla super alternatywa w postaci basenu krytego.👍

Bardzo prawdopodobne, że tam wrócimy. Bardzo sympatyczny, konkretny i ugodowy gospodarz.

Lokalizacja, ładny apartament, gorąco w saunie, gorąca woda w jacuzzi i sala zabaw z prawdziwego zdarzenia.

Pogoda mogła by być lepsza :-) Czasami ochroniarze pilnujący tą część fitnes, która jest osobnym budynkiem mogliby jednak być mniej drobiazgowi - zwracanie mi uwagi abym z dzieckiem nie rzucał do siebie gumową piłką bo zbije szybę jest jednak mało zasadne. Miałem wrażenie, że zaraz któryś wejdzie i powie żeby przestać się bawić:-)

Świetna lokalizacja na parterze, blisko ścieżki rowerowe, polecam zabrać rowery ze sobą. Płaskie trasy rowerowe zaprowadzą Was do Kołobrzegu jak i Ustronia Morskiego i dalej. Basen i plac zabaw na wyciągnięcie ręki - dla rodziny z dziećmi idealne rozwiązanie. Opcja grila elektryczego super dodatek. Zamknięte osiedle, czujesz się bezpiecznie.

- gniazdko w kuchni posiada tylko dwa gniazda na urządzenia typu mikrofala/express/czajnik trudny dostęp w szafce aby je zmieniać i do tego całe luźne jak by wyrwane ze ściany. - dodatkowo płatny basen/siłownia/plac zabaw - bardzo nie miła obsługa basenu/ochroniarz ciągle czepiali się o coś dzieci i dorosłych (czytajcie regulamin) bo zostaniecie wygwizdani przez ratownika za najmniejsze przewinienie na basenie na zewnątrz (np odbijanie piłki). Ale spoko obok jest basen kryty gdzie nie ma ratownika i można topić się do woli…
