It's pretty good value. Of course the apartment is very small but perfect for solo traveling if you don't want to spend a lot of money on an all inclusive hotel. The owner of the apartment was super nice and very caring. The kitchen is small but everything is working. It was very clean and the AC was working as well. The rooftop has an amazing view. I recommend watching the sunset from there.
If I had to name something I didn't like it would be that the private beach isn't really suited for swimming because the water isn't really clean. But if you just want to relax near the water you'll have a great time. During my stay I always had the beach completely to myself but it's possible that sometimes other tenants of the apartment complex use it.
