Apartment Svorcan

Biljana und ihr Sohn, waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich bei meiner Ankunft. Obwohl ich etwas zu früh dran war, konnten sie es zügig einrichten, dass ich ins Apartment konnte. Alle Räume klimatisiert, obwohl ich dies nicht unbedingt brauchte, da das Appartement nicht wirklich überhitzt wurde. Der Ausblick, wunderbar. Biljana hatte sich im Vorfeld schon um einen Parkplatz für mich gekümmert, da die Parkplätze vor Ort zum Teil sehr rar und teuer werden können (idealerweise diesen nicht verlassen, da auch wenn er bezahlt ist nicht reserviert für sie ist). Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und dadurch ein guter Ausgangspunkt um vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Einkaufen. Weiter entfernte Strände wären evtl. mit Auto oder mit der Bimmelbahn, welche praktisch einige Meter vor der Tür startet gut erreichbar. Alles in allem, ein traumhafter Urlaub und ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Ach ja, Lärm wird relativ bewertet - ich z.B. ließ die Terrassentür extra offen um mit den Geräuschen besser einschlafen zu können. Wer dies nicht kann, schließt sie eben.

Das einzige was evtl. störend war, waren die verstopften Straßen während der Stance Adria Jadranovo und daß manche dieser Leute, dachten der Ort gehört ihnen alleine. Ok , tolle Autos für einen Tag auch ok aber nachts Vollgas durch brettern und tagsüber alles zu parken, Parkbänke beschädigen, weniger toll.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine top Lage und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich , total bemüht und hilfsbereit. Für jede Frage sofort erreichbar.

Es hat alles super gepasst.

Užili jsme si překrásnou dovolenou v plně vybaveném apartmánu s nádherným výhledem na moře. Majitelé jsou velmi milí a vstřícní. Při příjezdu nás překvapili občerstvením, které se nám po dlouhé cestě velmi hodilo. Apartmán je velmi blízko pláže s možností odpočívat ve stínu borovic. V apartmánu nám nic nechybělo, je opravdu plně vybaven, včetně klimatizace ve všech místnostech, myčky, pračky, trouby, toustovače atd. Určitě se sem ještě někdy vrátíme.

Hlučný noční život v Crikvenici, je třeba počítat s hlasitou hudbou do pozdních nočních hodin (2 hodin do noci), jelikož je apartmán v centru městečka, ale dalo se vyřešit zavřením okenic a puštěním klimatizace.

The apartment is spacious 2 double bedroom flat, on the 5th floor with lift. it’s equipment with everything you might need:). The apartment is in the perfect location - it’s on the 5th floor with a beautiful view on a see and Krk island - perforce for a morning coffee:). Also, it’s 50 meters form the beach, 15 meters form the bus station, 50 meters form the local market square where you can find supermarkets and plenty of shops with everything you might need. Also, around 2 minutes walk there is a main square and marina with lots of restaurants, more shops, casino, ect. Actually the closest coffee and bar is located on the ground floor of the bloc and it’s really good and cheap place. The only problem you might face would be a parking as it’s city center. We, however, we’re traveling with 2 cars, 4 adults and a dog :) and we found place to park very close to the apartment. The host helped us with the permits and space. Talking about the host - these are the nicest people ever:)!!! Very helpful and considerable!!! Overall - if we ever go back to Crikvenica this will be the place to stay:))). We loved it !!!!

Nothing!!! Everything was perfect for us!!!
