The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden, located near the forest - from the windows in the back you see only trees :-).
Driving to Gyeongju is less than 30 minutes.
The host was great - very nice, helpful and responsive.
The weather was not very warm, so we did not use the small pool with the water slide - but it looked very nice.
The apartment we got was located on the second floor, with stairs only (you can see them in their pictures) - not very comfortable for the 80 years' old grandmother, or for handling the luggage.
No closets or other storage place - but this is typical to South Korea.

A very nice house with two rooms, each with a private bathroom. It was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The outdoor area was very pleasant, with gardens, flowers, and a swimming pool for use in the summer. It is a great place for visiting Gyeongju and the surrounding area.”
The main drawback is that a car is needed to reach restaurants, cafés, and the main attractions in the city. Also, one of the sleeping areas is a bed in the living room and kitchen rather than a fully separate room. This means that guests in the other room have to pass through that space when entering or leaving, so the two sleeping areas are not completely independent.
