New apartment in a small complex, well located for beach, supermarket and restaurants. Comfortably furnished and laid out.
No wi-fi and bathroom poorly ventilated (although believe it complied with building regulations)
There was no kettle and the toaster was dangerous. On leaving, we advised the agent who apologised but we would have expected these to have picked up at changeover.
The balcony is surrounded by a concrete wall which made sitting there not very easy and comfortable.

A 10 minute walk to the beach and the town centre. Supermarket a 1 minute walk. Super quick and easy.
