Great island - very special at night ! we could swim and enjoy kayak. Perfect !

Two things that could be improved: - RULES FOR NOISE to be clearly stated. We were expecting a very quiet night, and sleep well. It was without counting on the residents of Kockstugan cottage: they made noise until after 11pm. Could not sleep, and had to put ear plugs at some points. Very disappointing that people cannot respect others - BBQ: I mentioned this point already to the accomodation staff: it was stated that a BBQ was with each cottage. But there was none at our terrace. No problem for us, as we did not take any meat to grill. But for others, it could have been an issue.

The cottage might not be for everyone since it isn’t a 5 star hotel, but it is the most perfect cozy little cottage, great for a couple or a solo retreat. The location is pure bliss. We went for several nights in the freezing winter so carried all our own food and supplies. The wood burning stove kept us very warm and we spent our time reading books and enjoying the gorgeous scenery. Sanna was highly responsive to and patient with our many inquiries before and during our stay.

Lighting isn’t great so it was difficult to read when the sun went down. Recommend taking a headlamp.

Det verkade som stugan nyligen var renoverad, men arbetet var inte avslutat så tex saknades lister i badrum och kök. Sladd för belysning hängde i köksdel. Badrummet saknade spegel. Dålig planering av köksdelen, med spishäll långt in mot vägg svår att nå. Möbler förutom sängarna var av dålig kvalitet. Handdukar saknades, och tog tid att få, då reception saknades. Mycket blått på golvet i köksdel då vi anlände vilket tyder på undermålig kvalitet på städning.
