The place is hella worth it for quick staying, they even have place where you can work and meet new people in the lobby.

The place is so close to the beach with nearby eatery for those who are working on a budget.

Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price we paid. The biggest issue was the poor maintenance and cleanliness of the property. The sink and shower were rusty, there was mold on the ceiling, and the toilet had a strong drainage/sewage smell. The white blanket provided to us also had visible stains, while the air-conditioning unit was dusty and clearly needed cleaning. There was also no proper daily housekeeping service, as no one even came to collect the trash from our rooms. The room key situation was also very inconvenient. Some of our rooms were not provided with keys, so whenever we needed access, we had to ask the receptionist. However, the receptionist was not available 24/7, making this even more frustrating and inconvenient for guests. The staff and customer service were another major disappointment. Even before our arrival, it was extremely difficult to contact them and get a response. When we finally arrived, the staff were not welcoming or accommodating at all. We expected at least basic hospitality and proper assistance, but unfortunately, that was not the experience we received. Breakfast was also far from satisfactory. We were given only two options every day, which was repetitive and disappointing. On our last day, things got even worse—we were informed that there was not enough food left for breakfast and were basically told to go out and buy our own food at our own expense. Since breakfast was part of what we paid for, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Overall, this property needs serious improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, housekeeping, customer service, and food service. The condition of the rooms and the level of service did not meet our expectations at all. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this place and would not consider staying here again.
