Lovely really liked my stay here was well worth the weekend trip

I did find a few bed bug bites on me and my partner and located a few bed bugs 🫣not huge amount around 3 but where there is some there may be more

tDo avoid

booked six nights at this hotel but had to leave after two due to unacceptable conditions. The only positive was its proximity to the metro. Everything else was a disaster: the room was filthy, with stained carpeting and shoddy fixtures; the kitchen was broken, and the bathroom tiles were cracked. The underground parking had a difficult ramp. The staff was unhelpful, refusing to assist with a refund despite the room’s state. Worst of all, the elevator was out of service with no signs on the upper floors, leaving me stranded for over fifteen minutes. With my disabled daughter in a wheelchair, I received no help: I had to carry her down a narrow spiral staircase with my father’s assistance, an utterly unacceptable experience. I’ll never return.

Nice, clean, very good location in the safe neighbourhood with everything you need

The location was convenient, only two minutes away from the metro. You would get to the centre of Paris in about 25-30 mins. The staff were very friendly and always available if you needed anything. The free coffee and tea was a nice touch.

We missed some plugs near the bed, we definitely managed to charge all our devices, but maybe some extension cord would be nice (but we didn't ask for it)

Good location with parking lot

Staff is very helpful and kind. Parking is convenient. Location is fine as it is close to metro station. You dont have many options if you arrive to Paris with car as it is almost impossible to find a hotel with parking lot in the city. This place is a very good option in that case, as it is on the metro line.

Rooms are extremely dated, carpets on the ground doesn’t feel very hygienic. Photos of the rooms do not really reflect the reality.

Not bed for the price

Really good location in 3 min from metro, safe area, comfortable bed, very polite receptionists (24/7), suitable system of key-card.

There is no tulle on the window, so in the morning or during the day, when you would like to open curtains, the room is easily observed by the people who are living in the very close house in front. The bathroom was quite dirty, especially under the sink, the furniture in the kitchen is quite old and cracked. Two small rolls of toilet papier for 2 persons, for 6 nights.

Lovely staff and parking

Lovely helpful friendly staff, very close to the metro, good parking facility, great shower and very clean.

Would recommend taking your own pillow as wasn’t the most comfortable. Air con was really loud and it was pretty far out from everything.

Small comfortable studio w/ a perfect location near metro

The location was great, around the corner from the metro stop and the main street. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops around the corner. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was nice.

The bathroom furnishings were a bit outdated (toilet and sink). A transparent curtain lining would be useful so one can open the curtains (keep the transparent curtain closed), have a bit of privacy and let some light in. The window looks out to another apt building and so neighbors can see you if you leave the curtains open.

We enjoyed very much our stay. Quite area. Many shops surrounding. Very close to metro.

The host supported us well even that it was late when we checked in.

As we checked in late, we had to call the host to get the code of the entrance door and room keys. If we don't have a French sim in prior it will be tricky to reach out to the host.

Comfort Paris suburb apartment

The location of apartment is nice for who travel by car and needs to use the metro too. The neighborhood is a bit crowded specially in the rush hours but no issues since the distance to the metro is really short and it was completely safe with no any disturb. The parking is absolutely huge help and also safe. During our stay there were not any excessive noise even rumore in normal hours. access to apartment was so easy in anytime and no issues at all. All the staff are so friendly and ready for any help, we really appreciated the welcome and short exchanges in every morning.

At arrival before Check In there were no place to park the car temporary, I had to turn in neighborhood since the street is really narrow and no space to stop while the other cars arrive. The cleanliness can be improved, especially the kitchen and hood which was quite old and some renew needed. Removing the mockett also can help to limiting the dump smell and better cleaning. During the stay I was a bit concern about lacking fire alarm and smoke detector in the room (the emergency instruction was present and clear), We were extra cautious to charge our mobile and powerbanks unguarded during the night.

Not worth its price.

Staff is pretty nice.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, too soft and narrow. There were no seperate beds as promised in the confirmation. The underground is being reconstructed at the moment, that means you can't get back from the city after 10 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Walls are out of paper, you hear everything from the next room.

Disappointing

1. my arrival there was a complete stress. at first they got me with messages, because they didn’t want to make payment and registration directly through booking. is it ok. 2. I had a very long road, I arrived late at night, and when I opened the safe - THERE WAS NO KEY. There was 2% on my phone and I didn’t know what to do. When I called them, they pretended not to understand me. I cried because I didn’t know where to go in the middle of the night to charge the phone to deal with them! after an hour and a half, the manager finally came and gave me the key, because my friend called and dealt with them. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE START OF MY TRIP because they forgot to leave me the key and I almost stayed overnight on the street. 4. for 5 days of stay there, I have never been cleaned or changed towels, poor soundproofing. 5. I will not recommend this place

Friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, very close to the metro station (Mairie des Lilas) but the building itself is in a quiet street. We didn't mind staying in zone 2 and metro gets us into central very quickly. There were also many restaurants, a few nice bakeries around and a supermarket nearby. On the whole it is a very convenient. The studio mezzanine was big enough for us (2 adults 1 child). If we visit Paris again for a short break, we will come back to stay here.

The sofa bed was very big and once fully extended we can not get pass it (to bathroom/kitchenette area) without climbing over the bed or vice versa.

HORRIBLE PAINFUL STAY

The room was spacious, clen and nice

I contacted the contact person at property before booking and and specially told him that I was partially HANDICAPPED and if the elevator would be in operation and if the elevator is down frequently, he assured me that it's always running and it would not be down, well it wasn't working and ha to use very narrow steps spiral staircase to THIRD FLOOR which aggravated my bad back issues now im in Barcelona unable to walk and see our second destination with the rest of my group, STUCK IN OUR APARTMENT IN BED. I FEEL VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED, I have a treachery tube in me neck to help me breathe and I use a walker, this apartment in PARIS has ruined my European vacation, the staff was kind but did not offer any other alternatives to remedy my situation which they were made aware of at time of bookin, nor any communication prior of arriving in france, very disappointed with dishonesty will not be recommending, your Company should be doing a much better job of vetting your clients even if it's a telephone inventory to verify operations by video chats, AGAIN MY VACATIONS ARE RUINED, I'm stuck in bed and now have to take a 11 hour flight with my back completley out of sorts, I sincerely hope you'll do everything in your power to make this right!
