The staff were very friendly and accommodating, there was a no smoking policy, no noise in the area despite being in a busy market area, clean spaces, etc.

Well there's this policy about not sitting with your legs on the sofa. So one has to sit leg down at all times which for me was a problem as i am used to folding at least one leg onto the sofa. There was no explanation for this. It seemed rude but it took another guest to offer an explanation - that it is something about the culture of people in that area who find the posture disrespectful. At least that offered closure and i felt better and more compliant.

Accessible location, close to many amenities of convenience to a traveller. Very good 360 city view and mountain view

A bit noisy in the early hours of the morning because it's close to a market

Did exactly what I needed it to do.

Nothing. The staff were great.

Location was good downtown. Breakfast passable, but not outstanding

WiFi was terrible...then they sent us next day to the roof to use an alternative router which was much better, but apparently not available for the rooms. No hot water.
