Perfect location in the city center within the fortress complex, nice view of the bay, very high quality facilities and interior design, friendly staff and very good breakfast.
Overpriced even for this beautiful place.

The staff are amazing and go the extra mile to make your stay perfect, they arranged laundry, cooked wonderful meals and were very friendly.
The location is perfect for Galle Fort.
The house is beautiful.

The location is amazing and the property itself looks lovely. The staff are very kind and helpful as well.
I think all hotels inside Galle Fort is expensive but it states that it is a 5 star residence and we didn’t feel like it was. We had the attic room with no windows, which was fine for one night but it was a bit small for 2 adults. The bathroom look good but there was no hot water. We called the staff on site who were lovely but they were unable to fix the problem and we then had to use a communal shower downstairs. There was no manager on-site to speak to. The breakfast wasn’t much either and wouldn’t be what is expected in a 5 star hotel either. We might’ve just been unlucky but I felt that it wasn’t worth the money.
