Very nice people. Nice appartment, with everyhing you need available

Spacious apartment with a nice bedroom, huge living room, well equipped kitchen und clean bathroom. The highlight of the flat is the balcony with an incredible view of the Basilicata, the beautiful sunset can be seen every evening. Located in the Centro storico of Irsina, the streets are very narrow and could be a challenge for some. The contact via email and in person was always nice and obliging. I would recommend this place for everyone who enjoys a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of typical south Italian village.

As very few people speak English, the barrier of language can be high without basic knowledge in Italian.

Host was communicative and understanding of issues. Property was spacious, interesting, quiet and well-located in the old town of Irsina. Lovely views of the surrounding area a short walk from the property.

It wasn't immediately clear from the information and photos provided that there are no eye-level windows to look out of in this property - just a couple high up in the ceiling - nor was there adjacent parking to unload or park overnight. What turned out to be a bigger problem was the lack of reliable internet/wifi. On the best day, it was sporadic and weak while on the second half of our stay, there was none at all - along with very poor cell signal inside the property. Despite advertising the availability, this lack of reliable internet would be an issue to those who need to work during their stay - as it was for us.
