Cooling in the living room but no proper cooling in the rooms, just fans.

Closeness to the beach,small fruit market and fresh bread. La Vela restaurant serves really nice meals- recommendation -fresh grilled sea fish- marvellous! Quiet place with a private garden. Antonia- thx for help in finding the way to the apartament. See you!

Would be nice to have another wardrobe. If you are alergic to mold the place is not for you- high humidity in the apartament despite air condition and other Staff

Better than expected

The property itself was beautiful. The decor is outstanding something I’ve never experienced from a rented apartment. It’s literally a stone throw away from the beach and the hosts are so accommodating. The apartment is above a restaurant which is also owned by the hosts and they have delicious food there too. This would definitely be a regular spot for me to stay in if I’m back in the location.

Exceptional

Apartments were very comfortable, well equipped, with private garden and pool. It was joy for our kids. The sea is just down from the apartment. And of course La Vela restaurant makes very tasty meal, especially pizzas! Thank you for our staying :)

Enttäuschend

Schöne Lage.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Im Treppenhaus roch es nach Zigaretten und die Wohnung roch modrig. Das Restaurant hatte vor Saisonende bereits geschlossen. Preislich wollte man uns nicht ansatzweise entgegenkommen. Wir sind dann am selben Tag wieder abgereist und haben uns eine saubere Unterkunft in Split gebucht. Die Zahl an guten Bewertungen hier kann man sich nicht erklären.

Schöne Pool Wohnung mit Abstriche

Die Lage direkt am Meer war toll. In der Nebensaison absolute Ruhe. (Im Sommer direkt hinter zwei Gaststätten) Der kleine Garten mit leckeren Zitronen, Manderinen und dem Outdoorsofa/Sitzbereich war sehr gemütlich. Privater Parkplatz. Wir durften das SUP im Meer nutzen. Der warme große Pool, für einen ganz alleine war einzigartig.

Die Wohnung selbst ist eine Kellerwohnung und ziemlich dunkel bzw. nur künstliches Licht möglich und es kann nicht direkt gelüftet werden. Man läuft durch den Pool zur Wohnung dahinter. Im Sommer spielt sich alles im Garten ab, da ist es nicht so störend, aber in der Nebensaison wo man mehr drinnen ist, immer Schwimmbadluft in der Wohbung (außer man lässt die Poolfenster offen (Achtung Mücken!!) oder die Klimaanlage laufen). Der Wohnung würde eine Renovierung gut tun. Kaputte Steckdosen, defekte Lampen, Gardienstangen & Rollos defekt, in der unteren Etage ging die Dusche nicht... Kaputte Kaffeemaschine und wenig Geschirr sollte man im Urlaub gern selbst kochen wollen. Im Oktober richtig viele Mücken. Nachts vorallem komplett zerstochen, da keine Fliegengitter vorhanden waren. [Wir hatten eine Nacht geschenkt bekommen, aufgrund nicht zu öffnentes Schlafzimmerfenster im oberen Stockwerk]. Die Fließen am Pool sind sehr glatt!

très beau séjour avec une proximité de Trogir pour les petites soirées sympas !

Antonia était disponible et nous a accueilli pour nous remettre les clefs à l'heure de notre arrivée sans difficulté. Nous avons pu nous garer devant l'établissement qui se trouve être une très grande maison partagée en plusieurs appartements, nous étions au dernier étage avec vue mer (pas de souci pour nous même avec les bagages) ! Un accès aux plages directement en sortie de la maison, un petit passage près du restaurant le Vela. Accès aux locations de bateaux, jetski, stand up paddle. Les plages sont en petits cailloux (prévoir les chaussons de plage), l'eau est superbe et très agréable. prévoir les masques de plongée.

A améliorer, je dirais la propreté des parties communes donnant accès à l'appartement.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und freundlich, hilft immer und sagt einem alles, was man braucht, antwortet immer per SMS

alles wurde sehr stilvoll gemacht wunderschöner Meerblick alle Arten von Gerichten waren vorhanden viele Handtücher die Strände sind sehr schön und ganz in der Nähe Die Wirtin hat ein wunderbares Restaurant mit köstlichem Essen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht.

Dachschrägen sind für große Menschen nicht geeignet Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind feststehend und haben Eisenbeine, gegen die wir respektvoll gestoßen sind. im zweiten Stock gibt es keine Klimaanlage, Für einen so großen Raum muss eine Klimaanlage vorhanden sein.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin

Die Lage ist absolut TOP, direkt am Strand, die Gastgeber habe ein eigenes Restaurant, in dem man sehr gut essen kann. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Apartment wie auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin war super nett. LG Familie Beck mit Hund Panda

Sehr schönes Appartement ,alles was man braucht ist vorhanden,wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.Man hat alles in der Nähe …schöne Strände,Restaurants,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Antonia die Vermieterin ist sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht.VielenDank!

Das Internet ist nicht so gut . Der Urlaub war leider vieeeel zu kurz …

Der Innenpool hat ein sehr feuchtes, schwüles Klima gemacht, fast keine Fenster, ist quasi eine Kellerwohnung.

Humidité dans tout le logement à cause de la piscine (peu d’aération) Peu de fenêtres et de luminosité naturelle sauf du côté de la piscine Le logement mériterait un rafraîchissement
