La ubicación, muy céntrico, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos y fácil aparcamiento cerca del apartamento.
Poco menaje de cocina, nevera pequeña y sin congelador, almohadas para el sofá con aspecto sucio...

Facilités de communication avec l'hôte. Facilités d'accès au logement et bonne communication ! Belle vue, bonne emplacement pour aller visiter la ville pour garer sa voiture gratuitement. Bâtiment et appartement en bon état général.
L'appartement n'était pas très propre malheureusement : douche que nous avons dû déboucher, couvertures tachées (sang, chocolat ?), oreillers vraiment sales avec des taches dégoûtantes, cheveux et poussière encore sur le balai, égouttoir à vaisselle sale et complètement entartré, tissu du canapé taché... La table pour manger n'est pas bien fixée, tout bouge, les pieds ont besoin d'être refixés. Nous avons dû faire du ménage en arrivant, c'est dommage !
