Structure très centrale et vraiment soignée, tout était parfait et très curé.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento: spazioso, luminoso e impeccabilmente pulito. L’alloggio è completo di tutto il necessario, ben organizzato e molto confortevole. Gli ambienti sono curati e rendono il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Assolutamente consigliato! La posizione centrale non preclude la tranquillità infatti risulta essere abbastanza insonorizzato.

Non saprei trovare un difetto o un problema alla struttura.

-spacious appartment -central location -despite other reviews, the facilities are pretty good with two bathrooms and a nespresso machine for instance. We were only lacking a toaster, but that is a minor detail

-the owner does not send any information up front regarding your arrival, so we only realized that we only had the street name and no house number when we already arrived on site. Subsequently it takes three phone calls to reach her, where she explains something in heavy french about a 350€ deposit. When the lady arrives to open the door we explain that one of us will get the money (5min detour) while she shows the other around. This was not allowed: no money, no entry. So they sent my wife and two small kids (2 & 4) back into the blistering heat and weren't even allowed to wait in the lobby ("as they may steal something" was the explanation). Check-out I call them at exactly 10:00 that we're ready to go (10 AM is the lastest checkout), she tells me to wait for 10min. Subsequently i wait for 20+min outside until someone arrives, who then has to check that everything is ok before i get my money back. The entire check-in and check-out process was simply infuriating. Furthermore, I cannot understand that the owner does not send a reminder about the deposit and the correct house number up front instead of heaving people wandering about in the blistering heat after a long drive. -location is in a pedestrian-only zone, which means you have to haul all your stuff to / from the car by foot -no ventilation in the bathrooms -central location also meant live music every evening. I remember reading about this in other reviews, but in reality it was a lot more disturbing than we had expected. You can hear the noise quite clearly in the appartment and it goes on until after midnight.
