We were not informed properly that we have to bring our own linen & towels or pay to rent them. It is crucial because we come from abroad and not suppose to bring these items for 6 people! And we are not supposed to pay an extra ~100€ for linen and towels! We were not informed about the washing machine location in the cellar and that there is no dryer. During the booking process on booking.com we have not seen any info about these rules, and not aware that the place is run by a third side -a rental company. If we had known that on time, we wouldn't book that place. At the reception desk we were given a second key for the place, but it didn't match the apartment, it was Sunday and no one could helped us -the main office is in the village, but closed. Also we got the apartment with only 1 toilet paper roll... It's insane leaving it for six people before weekend and send us to the closed supermarket to buy some more! We paid too much tax because there is no synch between the info of this company to the info booking.com presents.
